Revenge Wears Prada at the W Hotel DC

DC is turning into a haven for awesome events and I feel very blessed that PR folk seem to like me enough to invite me to these swanky affairs. Last night I attended the book signing of Lauren Weisberger’s Revenge Wears Prada, yes THAT Lauren Weisberger of the infamous and oh-so amazing book Devil Wears Prada! I enjoy ALL books fashion and all movies fashion so I knew I had to stop by and snag a copy. And well, I snagged 2. My football teammate Vogue is my partner in style so it was only fitting that I attend with her. I am also such a fan of the W Hotel and pretty much will make it a point to visit whenever I find the time. There is just something about the decor and ambiance of that establishment that makes me think I am in NYC. Do not get me wrong, I love DC with all of my heart but NYC will always be the one that got away. Although it was a short affair, it was incredibly well done, beautifully decorated and I had an absolute blast. Thank you Brand Link DC for the invite and for always being the sophisticated first class firm that I have grown to truly love!!!
