All Black the Baltimore Style Way

Yes!!! It’s Fall! Ok so maybe in DC and Baltimore, the weather the last 2 days did not give us any indication that Autumn was upon us but I am resolute in the fact that my favorite season is here and I fully intend on dressing accordingly. The first thing I went for was my faux leather vest because although I want to wear my leather jackets, I know that no amount of Degree for Her will save me from sweat soaked underarms. Yes ladies and gents, I am a perspirer. This is one of the many reasons that I detest summer time. Going to the beach is great and the longer days are amazing but sweating, bugs, and crazy looking sun tanlines from my football jersey trump the aforementioned!
Every now and then I teeter the professional and creative workwear lines and throw on something that could fall in between. I have worn this black shift dress from H&M many times but for some reason today, my moto vest was begging to be worn. No joke, it did everything to get my attention and when she fell from her hanger and on to the pile of shoes that were ont he rack below, I could no longer ignore her. It just would not be right. I did not think this was a blog worthy outfit but after getting an abundance of compliments for co-workers on it, I busted out the camera at lunchtime, handed it to Greg Proctor and began posing in an alley without a care in the world!
All black will always work. It is immortal!

I am slightly obsessed with my NoonDay Collection necklaces. Did you check out the site yet? They just added new pieces and of course I want more!

The shape of these glasses seem to flatter my face. I think I need to add more rounded cat eyes to my arsenal! What do you all think? Yay or Nay?
