Hey all-
So I feel very 70s in these pants and well its not an era I ever thought I liked but I guess I have a lil disco fever in me. When I was in Florida for the holidays, I stumbled upon these bad boy extra wide leg jeans in my closet. I bought them about 4 years ago and LOVED them but never wore them for some odd reason. I had to bring them back to DC and on the 1st casual day of work had to put them on. They are a little TOO big but whatevs, I love them anyway. Only thing I am not completely fond of is the fact that they make me look more boyish as in straight up and down… I’d love to have some super wide hips and be very very feminine looking but then I wouldnt really be able to run fast.. sigh. Im happy regardless of what I do have.
Today there was an article out about DC Fashion bloggers and it featured the same bloggers that are featured and interviewed in almost everything in regards to DC Fashion but this time it was about our poses and picture styles. Yes, we all do the exact same thing and it does get old BUT that is what looks good in the pics. I tried for this post to smile more in the pics and Im sorry, I think it takes away from the look. Its only my opinion and I will forever keep doing my silly pics but overall I prefer the serious/pouty/smirky/ whatever they want to call it look……
and yeah yeah yeah I know, I wear this belt ALOT… sigh

and no worries, you’re not the only one who feels that way abt wishing you had some hips haha. i love goin in a store tht has tha mirrors tht make you look wider cause it always makes me look like i have hips & so i dance around in tha mirror ! haha
