Today I am in part 2 of my Digital Steering Committee retreat at my 9-5 job. Have I told you all just how much I enjoy my work. I am lucky to be able to support both our digital strategic plan which lends to my techie side and I also work with our Executive Vice President and use my people skills dealing with our HR and Membership. What helps even more is that I absolutely love my bosses. They are both amazing and make me want to work ever harder than I already do!
I sincerely never hate going to work and that is key to success I believe.
I have been in a work wear rut because a lot of my dress slacks are fitting far too snug. I have started (3 weeks ago) a clean eating regimen and it has helped with my energy levels but I have not dropped the lbs that I wanted. I am trying not to get frustrated since it really has only been 3 weeks but I love my clothes. Today I grabbed some go-tos in the form of my military inspired lightweight blazer and my H&M floral dress that I scooped up in San Francisco.
There is something about this dress that affords me so many compliments. I’m not sure if its the flattering knee length or the floral print but its a winner in my eyes and the publics clearly! Whoo hoo!
Super quick outfit post today on what I wore to brighten up the flock of blue and black suits in the meeting. Who says you cannot be stylish and professional looking?
