Regardless if I have all the money in the world or none of the money, when it comes to my clothes I honestly prefer something DIY. I like to create and customize and make things my very own. I have been seeing patch jeans everywhere but between the patches used to the price of those jeans, I decided it would be more fun to make DIY Tees in the Trap patch jeans to wear on a recent jaunt to Baltimore.
At first I wanted to use a ton of patches and cover the jeans up far more ala a photo I saw on Pinterest. But then after chatting with J, we came to the conclusion that we wanted simple. So simple I did.
In the summer time, I am a sucker for white shirts or tanks and jeans.
Basic AF.
But thanks to the patches, I can easily live my motto: Inhale Fashion, Exhale Style.
Baltimore in the summer is ALL about sno balls. Not sno cones or Ritas but the good ole sno ball stands strewed around the city. My faves are vanilla, egg custard, creme soda or the melon ball summer one. Ahhhh Im craving one as I type.
Im thinking of making a bomb ass sweatshirt with the rest of my Tees in the Trap patches but I also want to do something for the summer. I feel like denim shorts is just so “been done” so I am thinking of add patches to a cute summer dress or maybe camo shorts. I even like them on the good ole white button up shirt. I just am trying to find something different. Decisions, decisions…..
