Fall Fashion Must-Haves: Knit Skirts and Cutout Tops

It’s a fashion post!!! Yes today, we are chatting about two Fall Fashion Must-Haves, knit skirts and cut out tops. I’m choosing these two because they are so easy to style and abundant everywhere in all price points. I’m wearing two pieces from Nordstrom today and will link others from there that you may be interested in as well.

Lately, I have been trying to shop places, I normally don’t. I’m a creature of habit and don’t venture out enough when it comes to where I purchase and you’re probably shocked to read, I rarely shop at Nordstrom. As I was perusing their site, I fell in love with their Nordstrom-made brands like BP and Open Edit.

But let’s talk fall fashion must-haves and why knit skirts and cutouts are at the top of my list. Oh and Ill be sharing my full list in separate blog posts so don’t forget to subscribe so you don’t miss it. So, knit skirts. They are a god-send for folks like me that don’t really like body con or fitted but like the silhouette sometimes. A thicker knit skirt is body-hugging while not feeling constricting or showing every single part of you. You can use it as texture with other fabrics and easily worn dressed up or down.

This particular one with the slit oozes sex appeal even with combat boots and would look nice with a silk top, leather moto jacket, and pumps. Actually- you may see that outfit soon on the blog lol.

Cutouts are another way to show some skin or elevate basic pieces like a sweatshirt. Sure, you can easily DIY this but why when you can get ones like this or this, or even THIS! I plan on wearing all sorts of cutout tops this F/W and stocking up now. These look great paired with all bottoms and I’m thinking of rocking this one with loose-fitting dark wash jeans and lug sole boots for a 90s vibe.

I’m really getting tons of outfit ideas just typing to you right now.
