Fall/ Winter Trend: Blue

Blue is the overwhelming “favorite color.” Blue is seen as trustworthy, dependable, and committed. Blue is the least “gender specific” color, having equal appeal to both men and women.
At age 6, I remember blue being my absolute favorite color. Then of course it changed as the years went by. I have had tawdry love affairs with pink, black and red but I almost ALWAYS come back to blue. I am a pisces and a water baby so it is only natural. I first began following the UNC basketball team because of that baby blue. Yup I was that girl. Choosing a team based off of the color. Color is powerful!
Blue speaks to me so when I found this trench at my favorite local thrift store, I had to have it no matter the size. It has taken me 2.5 years to wear it but now that I have, its solidified that blue is the cat’s meow!
