Go To Bermuda Event

Now that I have moved back closer to DC, I really am teetering the sartorial line between Baltimore and the Nation’s Capital!

Last night I had the honor of being invited to the TAA PR event for the Bermuda Travel and Tourism at the Penthouse Pool at Vida Fitness at Yards Park and I am now itching to get on a plane to the island! Speaking of planes. starting in June, you can fly direct to Bermuda from DCA and I promise you I will be on one of those flights sooner rather than later. But first I need to save all the pennies lol!

We have had almost 20 days with rain in DC so the sunny and warm temperature were a very welcomed treat and this event was the icing on the cake. From the delicious fish fritter sliders to the complimentary Dark & Stormy drinks to all the well dressed guests, I had a blast! It always helps to have the beau and my besties around as well! Thank you TAA PR and the Bermuda Travel and Tourism for throwing an awesome go to bermuda event!

Speaking of travel- I am off to sunny florida in a few days and I cannot wait. I want to spend all of my time at Ft. Myers Beach and may take a little trip over to Captiva Island as well. I recently hit up the National Harbor Outlet Mall and picked up this Express number and I think it was the perfect outfit for a perfect rooftop pool event!

Like my hair? Oh well, I tried something a little different. I have failed numerous times using a curling wand, and my flat iron did not want to cooperate with me on creating beachy waves, I pulled out an oldie but goodie waver iron and crimped away!
