Intense Insta-Weekend

Can we say perfect weekend ever?

I am pretty much loving the fact that I have had no football obligations minus jumping up and down while watching it on the television so I have been getting so many items scratched off of my to-do list. I rarely do weekend posts but lately have been finding myself loving to share them with you.

On Saturday I took advantage of the MARC train launching its weekend service and visited Elle for the oh-so necessary girlie afternoon. We went to the store, she cooked-I ate, watched movies and just vegged on her couch all afternoon. So much so that her mom kept checking up on us because we took being comfortable and food happy to another level!

After Elle’s I went back to Baltimore to prepare myself to watch the Big 10 Championship game between the greatest school ever, Michigan State and the school they were playing ( the Ohio State)! Being that I attended MSU and bleed green and white, this win was momentous for all of us who endured the Bobby Williams/ Smoker/ Chuck Rogers years of just not winning! Sunday was the “snow” storm and I spent it cleaning and watching yet another blood pressure increasing game between the Ravens (whoo hoo!) and the Vikings! That game was pretty lackluster until the last 2 minutes! It was an emotional rollercoaster but the right team won in the end! Ravens Nation BABY!!!!!!!!!

This weekend was also 2 of my fave people’s birthdays as well, my mother and nephew! I was not able to celebrate with them but I definitely kept them near to my heart! Now if my big brother would just call me back so I could wish my cutest kid ever nephew a happy birthday!!!!
