Its a Man’s World but I look good in it (haha)

Hey all-
I love Fridays!! Not only is it the beginning of the weekend but its also casual dress day at work. Whoo hoo! Before I leave my place in the morning I always check the weather just in case. I am that chick dressing summery when its going to be 40 degrees out and then bundling up when its blistering out. Sigh! As you can clearly see, I am a huge fan of layers and layering. I think the last few posts, you could peel my clothes back like an onion cuz I wear so many of them… ah well, tis me. I love and I mean LOVE this Ralph Lauren wool blazer and wear it often in Autumn. Today I felt the fashion tug to wear it BUT needed to add a lil “oomph” or texture to it. I didnt have any shirts that could take on that task… then I looked in my other closet and BOOM, there it was beckoning me, pleading, taunting me saying “I got what you want, I got what you need”… my boyfriend’s plaid shirt!!!!! And ladies and gents, that is how this outfit came to be… enjoy!

p.s. have I told you how unbelievably excited and anxious I am for the Refinery29 DC Launch on Monday! Cannot wait!

car owners have to winterize their car with the change in weather, well since my feet are my wheels this is how I winterize  my Jessica Simpson Dany platforms (add some socks!). I love these shoes, I really do… sue me…..
