Maybelline The Rocket Mascara

Hey all-

I am not a beauty blogger. I don’t wear much makeup. I just learned a few months ago about brow liner. I just began experimenting with lipstick and I have never used foundation. I am just not a girly girl when it comes to makeup but I do love mascara. I have tried almost every type of mascara from high end luxury to dollar store finds and I alway go right back to anything in the Volum’Express line from Maybelline. It just works for me. For the last 2 years I have been using The Falsies and can find NOTHING wrong with it. Before leaving for Florida for the holidays I needed a new tube and saw this in the cosmetics aisle of Walmart and just had to try it. Do I love it? Yes I sure do. It does clump a little more than I like but I cannot attribute it solely to the mascara because I probably didn’t remove every last trace of my previous lash coatings before applying it. Oh that is another thing about me, I rarely wash off my makeup. Yes, its a little nasty but it is what it is. In 2013 I plan on experimenting more with facial cleansers and moisturizers since I am now in my 30s and well my youthful skin is no longer. I do like the short little hairs on the brush and will definitely be using this to create the volume, sexy lashes that I adore so much. I will also be checking out Maybelline for a lengthening and separating version for the days I am not looking to be a Brigitte Bardot! Thanks Maybelline for making yet another hit for my eyes!!!!
