While I rarely go out for NYE because in the end I am a homebody. If I were to make a night of it, I certainly would be ringing in the new year wearing this dress with black pumps or the shoes below with “le smoking tux”. There is just something oh so fabulous about the two of these items that just makes me WANT to make some December 31 plans!
