This is the final set of outfits shot in Graffiti Alley on that super duper freezing cold day. I did my best to be a professional and smile through my numb fingers and Rudolph red nose that can be seen in some of these images. Sig definitely makes it easier but still… I’m a West Indian chick who still does not like the cold! This shirt was a part of the swag bag from the Red Dress Collection Fashion Show and because I truly believe in heart disease awareness, I decided to rock it with this outfit. Almost everyone owns a black maxi skirt and I can admit I own several of them. In order to be different I always experiment with different fits and cuts. This particular maxi skirt is fit and flare/mermaid/fishtail and I adore it. For those that have an athletic shape like myself, it is PERFECT for giving us a more womanly shape and who can resist that right? But back to the shoot itself…. my boyfriend, his son and I ventured out to the slight “hood” to find this treasure called Graffiti Alley in Baltimore. Every few days the graffiti art changes so what you see now is certainly not the same a week later. I love that the city backs this and is encouraging these local artists to expose and express their talent in this way. At least 6 people stopped by and snapped pics of their own while I was doing this photo shoot so this tells you JUST how amazing and popular this locale is in the city. Since I have declared myself a Baltimore blogger, my goal is to shoot in popular Baltimore destinations to not only celebrate my personal style choices but also the vibrant metropolis known as Charm City!!!!
