Apparently I have caught the travel bug and I do not want the vaccination for it.
I have always wanted to travel and experience different places but I always had an excuse for why I could not make it happen. Now I just do it if its financially possible. My goal in 2016 is to make it back to Europe and 2017 I fully plan on making it to Asia. 2018 will be dedicated to Africa and so on. This year it really was about the United States. I truly fell in love with San Diego and Key West as they were the highlight of my travel adventures. I definitely plan on visiting more places in the U.S. as well as abroad.
I also have this weird fascination with the Dakotas and most definitely want to take trip to that area. I know its pretty random!
Growing up, my family always took a fabulous summer vacation somewhere and we were always road tripping it for my basketball tournaments. I played on a Jr. Pro team and we were gone almost every weekend and played in the National Tournament in Tennessee 3 years straight. I kinda have a thing for this landlocked state and again I am not sure why. Maybe its memories or maybe it stems from my love of Country music. Yup, I love Country music and am not ashamed of it.
Speaking of that, I recently was driving home from the train station and going down 40 in Baltimore. It was a nice day out and my windows were rolled down and I was blasting Kenny Chesney’s “She thinks my tractor’s sexy”. I guess I was in my zone as I often am when a good song comes on and pulled up to the stop light. I was in the middle lane and no joke…. the driver in the car on my left gave me the most puzzled look and the driver to my right literally mouthed “Country?”. Lol! I just smiled and kept on belting out “But if it runs like a Deere then her eyes light up”!
I am unapologetic about my music preferences. lol!
Speaking of my preferences- I am truly drawn lately to Australian brands. Ever since going into the Cotton On store in Ft. Myers, FL and purchasing all sorts of awesome dresses (like the one I’m wearing in this post) I have been on their website religiously. They seem to know and understand the way my body is cut and it is quality and affordable! I am totally here for it!
Thank you to for snapping these of me on our recent girl’s trip to Key West!
like my hair cut? me too! Definitely follow my hairdresser on IG. Her new website will be launching soon and it is going to be AMAZING!

I finally made it to London and Paris this summer and I swear I didn’t want to come back to the states. I can totally see myself living in London for the rest of my life!
