Denim a L’Orange

Hey all-
I am usually SUCH a neutrals only chica but lately, I have been living in technicolor. On Friday, I was so antsy at work and just could not focus. I kept having to get up and walk around and I was even googling Adult ADD because I felt as if I was a sufferer. Lunch came around and my co-worker Lorenzo (and my photographer du jour) told me to just take a loooooooong walk. So I did. Walked my lil butt right down M street to Georgetown. I walked into Urban Outfitters and straight upstairs to the shoes and straight to the sale section and BAM! Hello wedge booties. I was looking for some casual booties to wear in the fall and found them for… drum roll please… 15 bucks after all discounts applied. These bad boys were originally 65.00 a piece. I get to the register with these orange ones and a pair of black ones and the ringer up guy says “you didnt want the tan ones” I reply with ears perked up “TAN?”. He grabs them for me and I end up walking out with 3 pairs of these shoes for under 50 bucks. Yes I love a successful shopping trip.

See this shirt worn 2 other times on the blog… HERE and HERE

  1. Cute and comfy–the orange shoes actually go pretty well. I bought yellow flats not long ago–trying to broaden my horizons.! I have a bid on a similar pair of wedges(but black, *sigh*) on ebay!

  2. Girl I read this at work and what did I do after I clocked out. I took myself right on over to Urban Outfitters (Right down the street from my job) to get these bad boys. I sure did. Thanks for the heads up lady.
