Its Turkey Time Ladies and Gents and for those of us who devour these birds on Thanksgiving, I thought I would post a few quick videos from my cooking class with Chef Matt Finarelli! His classes are so in-depth and so much fun that I am thinking of doing another one very soon as sort of a girls night out in affair.
This year I will not be spending Thanksgiving with “genetics” family but instead with the family I chose. I am pretty excited to just relax and hang out with my best gals and best guys and even more geeked that I will be cooking my first ever turkey! Pinterest has been my absolute go-to for finding great recipes and tips on this endeavor and I will be sure to post pics on my Instagram and Facebook page throughout the whole day.
