Peace, Love and Happiness oh & Headpieces and Maxi Dresses Too

Hey all-
I havent done an outfit post in forever and a day because well I have been having a really rough wake up on time week. No matter what I do, I hit that snooze button, sleep in a little bit more and then my body clock snaps to attention and gives the warning that I am going to be late for work. So of course that means no cute outfits or anything that I really want to wear and I dress out of time necessity. I was having a twitter convo yesterday with some peeps about it and I realized that my go-to outfit consists of a jacket, shirt or tee and pants. I dont ever think to throw on a maxi dress but today I was prepared and woke up on time (partly because I had to finish packing for my trip to Chi-Town) and rocked out my inner bohemian. I have been in such a braids/headpieces and updos mood so this was the perfect spring outfit for me……
Enjoy!!!!!!
p.s. I dont like bees and their anaphylactic shock provoking ways. This tree had about 10 big, villainous bees swarming it but I loved the pink so I went under it anyway. Greg (my photographer du jour) stayed true to my “just snap away, Im not posing” process and caught some FUNNY facial expression of me watching the bees. If looks could kill those lil suckas would all be dead!!!!!

should have went with my pastel belt instead of this one but ah well.
love this candid!
