Peplum and Ties

Hey all-

Can I tell you how much I love menswear? From vests, to bow ties, to suspenders and regular neck ties, I have tried them all and love them all. There is just a certain something about this look that I have loved since I was 11 years old. I still am thankful to this day that my father taught me how to tie a tie. I still can only knot a basic one but one day I shall know them all. Today was all about pastels and peplum and I have to admit that I am really digging this quickly pulled together ensemble!

Congratulations to President Obama on his 2nd term! Today was yet another momentous day in US History and I hope WE all join together to uplift and help each other rather than ridicule and put each other down. I had to unfollow a twitter bully who felt making fun of someone for not knowing something was cool. It was even more sick to see her make assumptions on this individual because he did not know who a certain person was (I didnt know who this person was either). I prompltly took up for him and admitted I didnt know because well I have always been one to stick up for others rather than be a “cool kid” and put them down.
